How do I secure my wedding date with you?

To secure your date we will require a deposit payment of 25% of the full day’s shoot. Without this payment, your booking is not reserved and will the date will be released to other couples if payment has not been received within 7 days of receipt of invoice.

Payment of the balance is required 30 days before your event date.

Do we need to cover your travel costs?

Generally, no. If your wedding venue is within our specified 80 mile range, the price you pay for photography will include the cost of our travel. For distances beyond 80 miles, we will charge 45p per extra mile travelled (and we will request the cost of an overnight stay to be covered if required).

For destination weddings, we request our full travel costs are to be covered (return flights, accommodation and transfer costs) in addition to our agreed photography fee.

How long will we have to wait before we receive our wedding/occasion photographs?

We aim to fully edit and complete your images within a 10 week turnaround (sooner if possible). Two or three teaser images may be sent to yourself via email ahead of this time to give you a taste of what is to come!


My venue is asking suppliers to have the relevant insurance documentation. What insurance cover do you have in place?


Our company is covered by the relevant public liability and professional indemnity insurance requirements. Please request a copy of these if you so require.
